Bundesliga Odds: Dortmund vs Bremen Opens the Weekend, Leipzig vs Bayern Next

The Bundesliga is back after the international break, and it starts in style: Borussia Dortmund vs Werder Bremen on Friday 9 October at 20:30 CEST in front of the famous Yellow Wall. Eight days later, Bayern Munich host RB Leipzig in the biggest game of the month.

For German bettors — and anyone who loves high-scoring football — the next two rounds are full of opportunity. Here is our Bundesliga Wett-Vorschau.

Dortmund at home under the Friday lights is one of the strongest home-team spots in Europe. Bremen like to play open football away from home, which rarely ends well at Signal Iduna Park.

Tipp: Dortmund to win, with Over 2.5 goals as a combined bet. Bremen have enough attacking quality to score, so BTTS is also live.

All Saturday 15:30 CEST: Augsburg vs Bayern Munich, Mainz vs Bayer Leverkusen, Union Berlin vs SV Elversberg, Paderborn vs VfB Stuttgart and Hoffenheim vs Hamburger SV. RB Leipzig vs Eintracht Frankfurt is the 18:30 Topspiel.

Sunday brings the Rhine derby feel of FC Köln vs Borussia Mönchengladbach (15:30) and SC Freiburg vs Schalke 04 (17:30).

Bayern away at Augsburg is a short price, so look at Bayern -1.5 handicap. Leipzig vs Frankfurt is our pick for goals — two of the league's most direct attacking sides.

Bayern vs Leipzig (18:30 CEST) has become one of the Bundesliga's modern classics. Leipzig's pressing and transitions are among the few weapons that trouble Bayern at the Allianz Arena.

Prognose: Bayern to win, but with Leipzig scoring. A 3-1 or 2-1 home win is our correct-score angle. The same weekend sees Union Berlin vs Dortmund, Hamburger SV vs Stuttgart and Leverkusen vs Freiburg on Sunday.
